Dmitriy Sabekiya aka Intelligent Manners is a fresh talent emerging from the new Russian powerhouse of Drum and Bass, St Petersburg. Drawing his influences from hip-hop, jazz, soul, breakbeat and jungle from back in 'the golden years, his recent productions have started to gain attention from some key players in the scene. Combining elements from many different music genres Intelligent Manners is all about the dance floor rollers complete with the all important sprinkles of soul! 'If You Want My Love' is a classic cut of liquid funk, with a smooth female vocal, lush pads and a rolling beat. On the Flip 'Heaven' harks back to the old skool with a nod to Full Cycle and Dillinja of yesteryear to round up this strong debut on Allsorts.
